Refund Policy

This policy explains when an order from Striker Style Soccer can be refunded.

Custom orders: no refunds

Custom orders are made specially for you, so we do not offer refunds on custom orders. A custom order is any shirt personalised with a name, number or patches, or made to your own measurements.

If a custom order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Other items

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• They must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability; if that size is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

How refunds are paid

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will tell you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will put it right at no extra cost to you.
