My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Send us your order number and the reason for the return within 14 days of delivery; we will reply with return instructions and the return address. Read the returns policy
