Team order questions
What is the minimum order for custom team uniforms?
Team orders start at 10 pieces. You can mix sizes within the order, and adult and youth sizes can be combined.
Can I add player names and numbers?
Yes. Every shirt can carry its own player name and number. Send us the list as a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) or type it into the form, and we print each one individually.
Can you add our club badge and sponsor logos?
Yes. Upload your badge and sponsor logos with the form (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI or EPS). Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) give the sharpest result, but we can also work from a clear image.
Do I see the design before production?
Yes. We prepare a free design mockup for every team order. Nothing goes into production until you have approved the design.
How long does production take?
Production takes 10–15 days after you approve the mockup and the order is confirmed. Delivery time is added on top of that.
How long does delivery take?
Within Pakistan, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. International delivery usually takes 10–15 business days. Your quote will confirm the shipping cost for your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver within Pakistan and internationally. Tell us the destination country in the form and we include shipping in your quote.
How much do custom team jerseys cost?
The price depends on quantity, design, the products you choose and the finish (sublimation, embroidery or DG print). Send the form and we reply with an exact quote for your team.
What printing options do you offer?
Sublimation (the design is dyed into the fabric, so it will not crack or peel), embroidery (stitched badges and logos) and DG print (digitally printed names and numbers). We can also combine embroidery and DG print.
What fabric do you use?
Our jerseys are made from 100% recycled polyester. If you need specific fabric details for your team, ask us and we will advise.
Do you make goalkeeper kits?
Yes. Goalkeeper kits can be made in a different colour from the outfield kit, with the same names, numbers and badges.
Do you make youth, kids and women's kits?
Yes. We make adult sizes XS–XXL, kids sizes for ages 5–15 and women's fit kits. You can mix them in one order.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. If our standard sizes do not fit, send us the measurements and we will make the item to your specifications.
Can I order full kits with shorts and socks?
Yes. We make full kits (jersey, shorts and socks) as well as training tops, tracksuits, jackets and polos for clubs, academies and schools.
How do I pay?
Payment is by bank transfer. The payment terms for your team order are confirmed in your quote before production starts.
Can I return or exchange custom team kits?
Custom and personalised items are made to order, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. That is why we send a mockup for your approval first.
What file types can I upload?
JPG, PNG, WEBP, PDF, AI, EPS, CSV, XLS and XLSX, up to 10 MB per file and 8 files per request. Your files are stored privately and are only seen by our team.
How quickly will you reply?
