• Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• When you browse: technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar tools (see our Cookies Policy).

The help chat on our website

The help chat answers common questions automatically inside your browser. Your conversation is kept only in your own browser for that visit and is not saved on our servers. If you use “Help me order”, the details you type are placed into a WhatsApp message that you choose whether to send.
